 Welcome back everyone! 

Hope you got out and explored during the break. We are starting all squads back up because we have enough snow now to space out the groups safely and everyone is felling a little better with where we are at. It's really really important that all squads follow the safe 6!!! Cover your mouth and nose when not skiing and try really hard to keep your distance from others not in your household.

Tuesday 23^rd Nov

Orange:

Welcome back Orange squad!!! You will be meeting in the stadium ready to go at 4:30pm and skiing until 6pm. Get those classic skis ready!!!!

Purple:

Hope you got out exploring during the break. Practice today is 4:30-6pm and you will be classic skiing

Green:

Practice is 4:30-6pm, meet outside the wax room at 4:29pm ready to ski. You will be classic skiing today.

*Wednesday 24^th Nov*

Green:

We are starting up the Wednesday practices with blue this week. Practice is 4:30-6 and you will be skate skiing.

*Green Squad Trip zoom meeting at 7pm*

Thursday 25^th Nov:

Purple:

Practice is 4:30-6pm today and you will meet and end in the stadium. You are classic skiing again.

Green:

Meet out front of the wax room at 4:29pm ready to ski. You will are classic skiing again

Saturday 27^th Nov:

Yellow:

Practice is 1-2:30 pm, meet in the stadium by the Jack Rabbit Hut. Today is your first day on skis and you will be classic skiing. *NO POLES*

Orange:

Meet in the stadium and practice is from 1-2:30pm. You are classic skiing again

Purple:

Meet in the stadium at 1pm ready to classic ski. You are going for a ski and working on the techniques from Tuesday and Thursday practice.

Green:

Practice is 1-2:30pm, meet outside the wax room at 12:59pm ready to ski. You are going for a classic ski with some technique drills here and there.

Bit of a weird week with practice being cancelled for the younger squads and figuring out the proof of vaccination with the older squads.

Tuesday 16^th Nov

No Practice

Green:

Practice is 4:30-6pm show up a little early to make sure you are outside and ready to go at 4:30pm. We will be skate skiing in the stadium.

 Thursday 18^th Nov:

Purple:

No Practice

Green:

Meet out front of the wax room at 4:30pm. We will be working on skate technique in the stadium. Practice is 4:30-6pm

Saturday 20^th Nov:

No Practice

Green:

Practice is 1-2:30pm, meet outside the wax room. We will be classic skiing today.

Nov 7th- 13th

 Hi Everyone

Hope you had a great weekend! We are currently in that weird transition season where it's cold but we don't have any snow so we have to make some. Alain is working on it if the weather cooperates and that is also why the plans are short and vague because I am waiting to see what happens in the next few days.

Tuesday 9^th Nov

Orange:

Meet by the sea cans ready to run. Practice is 4:30-6pm. You will be using the single tracks for practice because we have to stay off the ski trails

Purple:

Practice is from 4:30-6pm and meet by the sea cans. You will go for a 30 minute warm-up run and then be on snow with Stephen for 45 minutes working on skate technique. This practice you will meet to bring running shoes and skate equipment.

Green:

Practice is 4:30-6pm, be down in the stadium with skate gear on ready to work with Stephen for the first 45 minutes. After that you will be running, so make sure to bring running shoe and skate ski gear.

Thursday 11^th  Nov:

Purple and Green: No Practice because of Remembrance Day

Saturday 13^th Nov:

Yellow, Orange, Purple and Green:

I will send out an email on Friday no later than 6pm with the plans for Saturday but be ready to run or ski!
