Hope everyone is having an enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend. The weather is getting colder and colder everyday which means we need to change how we come dressed for practice. Have on a pair of tall socks instead of ankle socks will make a world or difference and pair of mittens and hat.
Tuesday 12th Oct:
Orange:
Meet at the sea cans ready to run. Practice is 4:30-6pm. You
will be working on physical literacy
Purple:
Practice is from 4:30-6pm and meet at the sea cans. You will
be running, strength, balance and speed. Don’t forget your water bottle!
Green:
Practice is 4:30-6pm, you are focusing on running, balance, speed and strength.
Thursday 14th Oct:
Purple:
Meet at the
sea cans for 4:30pm. You will be running and working on speed, balance and Strength.
Practice is done at 6pm
Green:
No roller skiing today, you will be ski striding instead. Practice is 4:30-6pm and practice will start and end at the sea cans
Saturday 16th Oct:
Yellow, Orange, Purple and Green:
Meet in the
Stadium for the Orienteering event. Practice is 1-2:30pm. We will start with a
map walk, run an Orienteering course and then finish with a game in the stadium.
