With the weather getting chiller please remember to come to practice dressed appropriately! Layers are your friend, mitts or gloves are a good idea and don't forget a toque or buff.
Tuesday 5th Oct:
Orange:
Meet at the sea cans ready to run. Practice is 4:30-6pm. You will be working on physical literacy
Purple:
Practice is from 4:30-6pm and meet at the sea cans. You will be running, strength, balance and speed. Don’t forget your water bottle!
Green:
Practice is 4:30-6pm, you will be trail clearing again. If
you can bring a tool to help that would be great. The snow collapsed some trees on Copper between Coyote and Cross roads so you will be heading back there to clear it.
Purple:
Meet at the sea cans for 4:30pm. You will be running and working on speed, balance and Strength. Practice is done at 6pm
Green:
No roller skiing today, you will be ski striding instead. Practice
is 4:30-6pm and practice will start and end at the sea cans
Saturday 9th Oct:
Yellow, Orange, Purple and Green:
No practice, have
