Hi Everyone
CCY is making some changes this week to help prevent the spread of Covid and keep everyone healthy. We are trying to keep squad out of the wax room as much as possible. If you have kids starting in multiple locations I would suggest parents parking in the CGC parking lot for drop off and pick up and the old child can use the stairs to get to and from the wax room. It has been extremely busy in front of the chalet and that is a high traffic area for multiple parties.
Also to minimize the amount of kids in the wax room we will be moving Purple gear down to a sea can in the stadium on Tuesday. Purple Parents you will be picking your kids up in the Stadium from now on! Orange you will now share a sea can with Yellow. The doors will be labelled by end of practice on Tuesday. Don't worry these doors lock automatically and you need to put the code in each time to get your gear.

Tuesday Nov 24th:
Yellow and Orange: Practice is
4:30-6pm. Meet in the stadium near the Race Office and Jackrabbit hut. You are skate skiing. No
Poles!
Green: Practice is 4:20-5:50pm. You are skate
skiing. Remember that you can go into the chalet at 4:10pm and no earlier!
Purple: Practice is 4:30-6pm. You are also skate
skiing. You can go into the wax room at 4:20pm to get ready and not earlier!

Wednesday Nov 25th:
Purple and Green: Practice is from 4:30-6pm and you are skate
skiing this day. Also if you are late the group will always meet in the stadium
at 5pm so you can go do your own warm-up if you miss the group.

Thursday Nov 26th:
Orange: Practice is 4:30-6pm and you are skate
skiing. Meet in the stadium next to the race office and Jackrabbit hut.
Purple: Practice is 4:30-6pm. You are skating today
and don’t forget that your gear is now in the stadium
Green: Practice is 4:20-5:50pm and you are skate skiing.
You can go into the wax room at 4:10pm to get ready.
Saturday Nov 28th:
Yellow and Orange: You are meeting in the stadium for
11am and finished at 12:30pm. You are skate skiing and don’t need your poles.
Purple: Today you are skate skiing and practice is
11:05-12:35pm. Your gear is in the stadium
Green: You are skate skiing today. Your practice is
10:55-12:25pm. You can go into the wax room at 10:45am to prep your skis. Also,
you will be doing a time trial today so come dressed appropriate. You will do a
warm-up and can layer down for the trial. This is well also giving you a chance
to see the course for the Don Sumaniks
