Well, the weather gods are shinning down on use with another warm week. The squad jackets have arrived and the squad reps will be distributing them on Tuesday at the end of practice by the sea cans.

*Don't forget that the Jackrabbit program is in the Stadium until 5pm on Tuesdays*

Tuesday 18^th Jan Yellow:

Your practice is 4:30-6pm and you will start and finish in the stadium. Today you will be classic skiing so make sure to arrive a little early to prep your skis and don't forget your poles.

Avalanche meeting spot: Jackrabbit hut

Blizzard meeting spot: Lamp post by adventure trail

Orange:

Orange squad is skate skiing today and practice is 4:30-6pm. Make sure to you know which group you are in so you go to the right meeting point, groups are on the Orange specific squad page.

Swix meeting point: In front of Timing hut

Rode meeting point: On top of berm with flag poles

 

Purple:

Practice today is 4:30-6pm and you will be skate skiing. You are meeting your coaches by the sea cans

 

Green:

Practice is 4:30-6pm, meet outside the wax room at 4:29pm ready to ski. You will be skate skiing today.

*Green I suggest taking your gear for the time being to alleviate the pressure on the waxroom and so you don't get caught waiting in a line to get in.*

Wednesday 19^th Jan

Green:

*New practice time* 4:45pm-6pm, this later start time is to minimize the amount of skiers trying to access the wax room at once and to not over crowd outside the wax room

Thursday 20^th Jan

Orange:

Practice is 4:30-6pm and you are meeting in the stadium. You are skate skiing today

Purple:

Practice is 4:30-6pm today and you will meet and end in the stadium. You are skate skiing again.

Green:

Meet out front of the wax room at 4:29pm ready to ski. You are skate skiing again

Saturday 22^nd  Jan

Yellow:

Practice is 1-2:30 pm, today Yellow will have a skate ski introduction. Not everyone has skate skis yet but they can still practice the movements on the skis they have.

Orange:

Meet in the stadium and practice is from 1-2:30pm. You are going for a skate ski adventure.

Swix meeting point: In front of Timing hut

Rode meeting point: On top of berm with flag poles

Purple:

Meet by the sea cans at 1pm ready to skate ski and you are done at 2:30pm. You are going for ski with some speed drills thrown in.

Green: *Different practice time *12:30-2*

Today will be the 1^st time trial out of the series and it will be skate. I will send an email with more details.
