Tuesday:
4:30-600. Skate ski Be outside 4:30
Green Squad: we will be having an athlete meeting during squad to chat about team dynamics and some coach concerns.
Wednesday:
5:30-6:30
Technique and Speed.
Thursday: Skate ski
4:30-6:00
Intensity for second year green
Mixed practice for orange/purple and first yr green.
Saturday: Skate ski (unless we get a dump of snow, then be ready for classic!!)
11:00 be ready to go

This is a reminder that the CCY annual holiday celebration is coming up on Tuesday Dec 10 (5:45-7 pm) in the Grey Mountain Room (upstairs from the Chalet at the Mt Mac Center).
It would be great if each family could bring a 
dessert to share with others. It’s a highlight for sure and enjoyed by kids and parents alike!
Please bring your desserts when you come, as there is limited storage in chalet fridge.
FOR THOSE WITH NUT ALLERGIES, Please try to avoid nuts OR clearly label that your dessert has nuts.
